Cld007 Posted August 17, 2015 Report Share Posted August 17, 2015 Hello, We have ActiveSync working however we have a few questions- - contacts that are deleted from the exchange server are not deleted from the PBX. Is there any way to fix this? - Is there a limit to how many contacts can sync with each user? - Is there a way to sync the global contacts with an exchange account? Many thanks! Vodia Telephone System Posted August 17, 2015 Report Share Posted August 17, 2015 - Contacts will not be deleted immediately but after the sync time (which you can set), does it still not refresh and delete the contacts? - There is no limit from our side, but of course resources like memory, etc. may limit it. - No, it is only user based at the moment. After further testing- The contacts still do not delete on the PBX after they've been deleted in the exchange account. Even after auto sync or manual sync. Is there any way to fix this please? Vodia Telephone System Posted August 19, 2015 Report Share Posted August 19, 2015 We will look into it but it won't be quick. MS keeps changing the protocol as well, so its usually messy.
