My client complains that throughout their system they will have extensions saying that they have an huge amount of VMs e.g. 20, 30, 40 etc When the user checks their VM they play the message and then the system says end of VM. There is no message no apparent hanging up by a caller, nothing. Has someone experienced this issue? If so please advise on how to eliminate.
