Cannot answer phone call with Polycom 601

I just recently setup pbxnsip in pilot mode and been testing trunks setup and setup 5 extensions

 

We are having a problem with a Polycom 601 station. we cannot answer a phone call routed from a trunk to the extension either thru DID or auto-attendant.

 

The call rings on the polycom but hitting answer does nothing

 

I have a softphone registered on the same extension and not having any problem picking up the call form the softphone

 

Any help would be appreciated
