isnt that something the PBX has to do? automaticly format the number
i added the cell phone number in the following formats and it still didnt work

1xxxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxxxx
the country code on the account has a 1 set up for the country code
again like i said, it seems as i have the same set up as i have on another domain on which it works just fine, on this one it doesnt seem to work no matter what i do

The customers Domain is set up the same (as far as i can see) as on my domain
on my domain when i call in i get the option "to place an outbound call press 1" but when the customer calls his DID it doesnt give him the option
what could i have set up wrong?
what do i have to look at?

A Clear/Delete button would be awesome since its more simplier for the user to fix this issue

Is there a setting on the trunk i use for inbound to still show on the phone number of the incoming caller even if its being sent as anonymous call?
the PBX still sees the number of the phone calling in even if its a blocked call, maybe we can have the PBX setup so i can choose that even if its anonymous call still to show the number?

Has anyone had any luck with getting intercom working? ive tryed to intercom and all the phone does is ring
i think PBXNSIP and Asterisk/TrixBox Servers have diffrent alert info when paging and when intercoming, am i correct?
the same exact phone will work diffrently on a asterisk server and on pbxnsip, asterisk wont force your existing call on hold to accept a page, pbxnsip does force your current call on hold......... i am thinking the intercom maybe is the same reason it wont work on a SPA962

How do a determine which one is his extension? would it be possible for the new release to have a "delete" button?

When a user logs in tohis extension level to the PBX, and he clicks on browse button and uploads an image, but latter decides he wants to remove it, how would he do it?
just deleting the file from the recordings folder (which is odd that it put it there) leaves a big blank box with the small red x in it

ok, now even when i leave it blank, there is no user input in 1 for the AA (011) and it still gives me the same error

i do have the cell phone number in the Cell phone number field under the redirection tab
it doesnt work,t he auto attendant answers normal without giving me the options

if i dont put 1# as a input then as soon as i hit 1 it will say invalid extension

I know there is a way i can set that when i call from my cell phone into the system it will ask me to check my voice mail, or make a phone call etc
but i am having a black moment and i cant figure out how to do it

I have an auto attendant (010) that when service flag (090) is active (after hours) it goes to another auto attendant (011), that auto attendant (011) doesn’t have many options active (user inputs) but when I try and dial any extension (103) on the system it comes back to say this extension number does not exist
I dial 103 to call extension 103, but the logfile shows it trys extension 1 then comes back with error thast this extension does nto exist, then trys 0 then 3 and they all comes back with this extension does not exist
But during business hours it does seem to work
Is it maybe something I set up wrong?
i do have input 1 with the # so it pauses and give me more time to type in an extension more then 1 number long

is there an updated login.html page we can have to edit? i know the new page has the language / login type on it, and the file you posted above doesnt

I Agree having a Next/previous Button or a arrow pointing forward/backward to change to the next or previous account, even it doesnt go to the same setting on the account, since maybe the next account wont be an extension but will be a auto attendant, that will be great

i also have a customer who i keep getting emails every few minutes that the address was changed, and when i look in the details, all that changed is the port (a 5 digit number) and it keeps changing on all phones
what does the UDP NAT Refresh do?

the problem with intercom and paging on the SPA phones are only with pbxNsip, it does work fine on a Asterisk system, but doesnt work good on pbxNsip, maybe it would be possible to see if the alert info is the same? mayeb pbxNsip sends diff info to the phone so it behaves diffrent
