  1. Im not sure if this is a bug but it seems that conference calls recorded by the system automatically go into the ‘recordings’ folder in the root of the PBX which has the voicemails and other system related recordings?

    They don’t seem to be placed in the location specified in the ‘Record Location’ in the system admin options.

     

    I have tested this on the latest version 5.2.4 as below;

     

    The conference was recorded and placed in the recordings directory, all other recorded calls are being placed in the directory specified in ‘record location’

     

    The naming of the conference recordings is not helpful either it just seems to be random numbers eg conference1413620924-63.wav I have no way of knowing which domain/conference this recording is from! I can’t see a way to alter this either.

     

    Also I don't see an option to record calls in the conference settings?

     

     

    The only place I see a recordings option Is within the individual extension PBX interface for scheduled conferences?

     

    any insight would be helpful as I don't seem to be getting anywhere with vodia directly.. I keep being told conferences are not automatically recorded but they blatantly are...

  2. Yes I could see this but the domain administrator section had no fields, I thought it was a browser cache issue but I cleared that and it was still the same. Oddly enough I downgraded to version 5.2.0 and then upgraded to 5.2.2, after that I have the fields again! strange...

  3. We have a test server using 5.2.2 with 1 registration and 4 domains and its using 1.7g of memory and increasing. on the Current deployed live system running 5.1.3 the service is using 2.5 gig with over 360 registrations?

     

    Do you have a recommendation for the amount of RAM per reg/domain/user?

  4. I can do yes but I had to roll back to version 5.1.3 as it caused so many issues with clients. Its seemed to work fine for a few hours and then outbound calls would no longer work properly due to high memory usage.

  5. I managed to get it to install in the end... however this version has serious problems.. in a hosted environment with 360+ registered extensions it has a serious memory leak.. which caused issues with media play out due to swap file usage.

  6. I have a query regarding the CDR email reports, On this version of software it has changed to be the same format as the web interface reports. Is it possible to add the direction column back in? it doesn't appear on the email reports anymore.

  7. Polycom phones are now using TLS? the problem is its broken? the PBX does not have a cert for polycoms ?

    fixed by altering the master template to use TCP/UDP
