Hi, We currently have automatic recording and I have programmed 2 buttons on users snom 715 phones to pause and resume the recording (using the starcode F key http://wiki.snom.com/Settings/fkey/starcode) is there any way we could get this to notify the user? eg the BLF button lights up when paused and extinguishes when resumed? https://vodia.com/documentation/starcodes_miscellaneous

    yes I have seen the button http://wiki.snom.com/Settings/recording_mechanism i did try and set this up with DTMF tone but snom requires the same sequence to pause and resume. the agent group button has this BLF interaction so i suppose it may not be that difficult to provide interaction.

    Is there a way to change this value beyond 100000? Seems this has change in version 59 and the last setting (dont keep CDRs) is ambiguous.

  8. It seems on the new version of the UI that we are missing to previous features the search box for accounts (search box on the lfet pane only searches setting options) and import accounts via CSV? Are these intended to be added back in?

    Im trying to set the ANI on extensions but it will not save? It just goes blank when I refresh the page I'm using 58.2
  10. In the latest version 58.2 the user pages still show the SIP and web password fields? Even though they are disabled?

    admin user the setting has changed a per the screenshot, if I login as a user with an extension number then those fields are still there and not hidden?

  19. We have our system set to delete call recordings along with the CDRs after 60 days but the call recordings are not being deleted after this period? I can see that the CDRs are deleted but call recordings are not? record location is set as C:/PBX call Recordings/$m/$d/$t-$i-$u-$n.wav Tested on version 5.1.3 and the latest 5.2.4 windows 64 bit
  20. System has full permissions for the folder where the recording are stored. Anything specific I can look for in the logs that would show why its failing to delete the files?

Im not sure if this is a bug but it seems that conference calls recorded by the system automatically go into the ‘recordings’ folder in the root of the PBX which has the voicemails and other system related recordings? They don’t seem to be placed in the location specified in the ‘Record Location’ in the system admin options. I have tested this on the latest version 5.2.4 as below; The conference was recorded and placed in the recordings directory, all other recorded calls are being placed in the directory specified in ‘record location’ The naming of the conference recordings is not helpful either it just seems to be random numbers eg conference1413620924-63.wav I have no way of knowing which domain/conference this recording is from! I can’t see a way to alter this either. Also I don't see an option to record calls in the conference settings? The only place I see a recordings option Is within the individual extension PBX interface for scheduled conferences? any insight would be helpful as I don't seem to be getting anywhere with vodia directly.. I keep being told conferences are not automatically recorded but they blatantly are...

    We are using windows 64 bit, I can see the recording is under Features >>> recorded calls but we are archiving call recordings and allowing customers FTP access to the server. They cannot see the files because they don't go into the domain recording folder which is specified? the problem here is that we have to delete the xml files in the 'recs' folder due to PBX performance the user cannot access call recordings this way. Is there no way this can be set or implemented. It doesn't really make sense to be considering all other automatic recordings go into the correct folder.

This happens approx once a week(other times its fine) the person receives the email for an individual account and it seems to start at 12pm? it misses the calls off for the rest of the morning I know the CDR reports are there because they show on the system and on the overall report? Any fix for this?
