  1. Well like i say most of the time its fine but occasionally this will happen, and it seems to be quite random. Is there anyway to see how the report was generated?
  2. The CDRs are set at the maximum level on the system and I can see the calls if I look at the calls page on the system so i don't think the CDRs are being overwritten. The time for the emails is set to send at midnight, I cant see a way to change this?? The odd thing is it doesnt happen on every report most are fine.
  3. I thought there was a bug with that version? 5.0.10 which was fixed in 5.1? I had the same problem with a client and now its working fine using the latest version, if you update it should fix. If not you have to keep clearing the cookies/cache Release Notes 5.1.0Web login: Depending on the version, when the user selected to stay logged in, the PBX could mix up the session cookies and permanent cookies, making it hard to log in again. This was replaced now with a changed session duration for the "stay logged in" case.

This happens approx once a week(other times its fine) the person receives the email for an individual account and it seems to start at 12pm? it misses the calls off for the rest of the morning I know the CDR reports are there because they show on the system and on the overall report? Any fix for this?
  5. I was using the split files, and the 0000000.cfg file had been removed, odd. All I did was change the master file and it worked after the phone was provisioned again. no boot loop/reset Can you email me the TFTP prepared package you mention on this web page so i can compare?, I accept the Polycom Licence agreement

  7. We have a very strange issue using version 5.1.2 once a polycom have been provisioned and the provisioning time has expired. The phone cannot be rebooted, if it is then the phone reboots twice and then resets?? if you open the provisioning again then it will work. I have tested gaining access to the file after the provisioning is closed via http://PBX IP/polycom/0004f2143218-all.cfg it asks for the password but doesnt provide any XML? the page just fails to load. or in chrome I get this error ; This page contains the following errors:error on line 372 at column 1: Attribute softkey.feature.directories redefined Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error. I have tried everything to get this to work
  8. Humm then we have a very strange issue, if the call goes through the PBX there is echo when using a headset using a snom 710 phone. if the phone is directly registered to the trunk then there is no echo? There is no echo cancellation on our gateways..very odd

  12. Ok, I changed the file in the admins folder to encrypted="false" and set the password in plain text but its still doesnt work? does the PBX need a restart?

  14. all logins created previously to the upgrade also work fine but any new ones created I cannot log in.
  15. Major issue in this version, when creating a new domain administrator the login doesn't work?? and you cannot delete users anymore..like in ver 5.0.10 it just keeps adding more admins to the list of users!!
  16. Ok thanks, another note this might be a bug but if the call recordings are stored in a folder that is not in the directory of the PBX. Then they cannot be accessed through the web interface? I just get an error saying the file cannot be found. If however I change it back to the default I can access the recordings..
  17. Was this the intention to remove the line mouseover highlighting on the call log/ other pages? it doesn't appear on this version? Also, i'm sure active calls used to show the total number?
  18. Its fixed in 5.0.10a? I have this version and its still broken...
