Im not sure if this is a bug but it seems that conference calls recorded by the system automatically go into the ‘recordings’ folder in the root of the PBX which has the voicemails and other system related recordings? They don’t seem to be placed in the location specified in the ‘Record Location’ in the system admin options. I have tested this on the latest version 5.2.4 as below; The conference was recorded and placed in the recordings directory, all other recorded calls are being placed in the directory specified in ‘record location’ The naming of the conference recordings is not helpful either it just seems to be random numbers eg conference1413620924-63.wav I have no way of knowing which domain/conference this recording is from! I can’t see a way to alter this either. Also I don't see an option to record calls in the conference settings? The only place I see a recordings option Is within the individual extension PBX interface for scheduled conferences? any insight would be helpful as I don't seem to be getting anywhere with vodia directly.. I keep being told conferences are not automatically recorded but they blatantly are...

    and now its broken again, cannot create domain administrators. All web pages have been reverted to the default.

    Yes I could see this but the domain administrator section had no fields, I thought it was a browser cache issue but I cleared that and it was still the same. Oddly enough I downgraded to version 5.2.0 and then upgraded to 5.2.2, after that I have the fields again! strange...

    We have a test server using 5.2.2 with 1 registration and 4 domains and its using 1.7g of memory and increasing. on the Current deployed live system running 5.1.3 the service is using 2.5 gig with over 360 registrations? Do you have a recommendation for the amount of RAM per reg/domain/user?

    I might migrate this to a linux environment to test, I assume that the directories/structure are the same in the PBX folder?

    I have also noticed that you can't create a domain administrator anymore?? I can set account restrictions (extensions etc) but not domain admin user?

    also there seemed to be some issues with phones using TLS they would not register if they used this rather than udp/tcp or a proxy.

    I can do yes but I had to roll back to version 5.1.3 as it caused so many issues with clients. Its seemed to work fine for a few hours and then outbound calls would no longer work properly due to high memory usage.

    I managed to get it to install in the end... however this version has serious problems.. in a hosted environment with 360+ registered extensions it has a serious memory leak.. which caused issues with media play out due to swap file usage.

    I still can't start the service after the update using windows x64 I have also installed the VS C++ redistributable
  12. no same problem... cant start the service with that version if I roll back it works fine..
  13. I have applied this update to a test server but now I can no longer start the PBX service? If I revert to the old version it works fine?
  14. Not really a pattern no, the reports seem to start showing calls between 1-2pm, the customer is making calls every minute or so. Sometimes the report is correct and other times it got half the calls missing, CDR retention is set to 90 days and the max reports is set to 100000
  15. We have had the new software for 3 weeks now so it can't be that. The example I have is 2 weeks after the upgrade but its not showing all the calls that show up on the domain report.
  16. We are now running the latest PBX software 5.1.3 but the issue with individual reports still remains, I can provide examples if required but the calls are not showing up on extension reports. They do however still show up on the main domain report.

    I have a query regarding the CDR email reports, On this version of software it has changed to be the same format as the web interface reports. Is it possible to add the direction column back in? it doesn't appear on the email reports anymore.

  21. Do you have any idea of when a newer version with a fix will be released? I have a client who needs the individual reports to work. they are breathing down my neck about this..
