  1. reboot extensions stopped working

    steps to reproduce

    1. go to account list of a domain

    2. check a select box of an extension

    3. form the more actions pulldown choose reboot selected accounts

     

    -> phone is not rebooting

     

    click on registration link in account list does not open the phones ip address

    on our pbx it links to https://%7bx-snom-adr%7d:80

     

     

    steps to reproduce

    1. go to account list of a domain

    2. click the link in the status column

    -> new window opens with address: https://%7bx-snom-adr%7d:80

  2. hi there,

     

    not possible, i am posting to an google app engine app hosted on appspot.com.

     

    these are the tcp dump command i used:

     

    tcpdump -i lo0 'tcp port 80'

    tcpdump -i vlan3 'tcp port 80'

     

    is there a way to get support for this issue?

  3. thank you for your answer, but i could not even see pbxnsip trying to connect to the server in my tcpdump.

    this used to work till mid june 2012...

     

    i have a hosted license. can this be disabled by the license?

  4. hi there,

     

    seems snom one stopped reporting the call records to our external billing service.

    i did a `tcpdump 'tcp port 80'` and could not find anything.

    i am running: 4.5.0.1090 Epsilon Geminids (MacOS)

    the log shows the the soap message.

  5. hi kevin,

     

     

    i did remove the router from the LAN nic.

    that did not solve the issue...

     

    the TR you are seeing is a iPhone app which is registered but not active... that should not be an issue....

    this disconnects do not happen with every call. they feel tough to be totally random. on both out and incoming...

     

    i pm'ed you the full trace form

  6. since a week a lot of calls get disconnected.

    the log shows: Call completed elsewhere

     

    what would that mean?
