  1. hi there,

    i am trying icall as a did and gateway provider.

    they have different outbound servers for local and international calls.

    Inbound: gw01-car.dal.us.icall.net

    International outbound: gw01-car.dal.us.icall.net

    Domestic outbound: sbc01-car.dal.us.icall.net

    I setup 3 trunks:

    - sip registration inbound only: icall-in

    - international sip gateway: icall-international

    - domestic sip gateway: icall-domestic

    dial plan:

    icall-international: 011* ⇾ 011*

    icall-domestic: * ⇾

    is this the right way to do it?

    thanx

  2. hi there,

    i have a 370 loosing registation with pbxnsip. logging into the phone web interface and clicking re-register on the identity does solve the problem. only reboot will fix it.

    snom version: snom370-SIP 7.3.26 14999

    pbxnsip: 3.4.0.3201 darwin

    the phone is PnP provisioned with the pbxand sip and has 2 identities configured.

    any ideas?

  3. hi there,

    i have a very simple setup with 3 domains on my server.

    every domain has it's own sip trunk to the provider - in my case callcentric.com.

    Some extension from Domain A calls the DID of Domain B -> error from sip provider.

    Why does pbxnsip not recoginze that this DID exists in the system and simply routs it as an incoming call to the trunk of Domain B?

    my config:

    version 3.3.1.3177 (Darwin)

    i have all trunks set to global.

    i disabled admin > settings: loopback detection

    i set an alias with the DID `+2125556666` and `+12125556666` on a AA but still not works.

    please help!!!

  4. i like the wiki better. much better organized.

    me to i dont like the esupport system.

    other companies are using it. same thing there.

    searching either finds to much or nothing.

    for example i am trying to find out what `Accept Redirect` on the trunk settings mean.

    i search for `Accept Redirect trunk` the first result is `domain settings`

    bad

  5. i have setup 6 co lines.

    if a user pushes the line buttons followed by `X` all lines are indicated in use by the led on the phone.

    seems like the pbx does not release the line after pressing `X`.

    After this button press sequence all lines LED's are shown active even though there is no phone call going on.

    Line1

    X (abort)

    Line2

    X (abort)

    Line3

    X (abort)

    Line4

    X (abort)

    Line5

    X (abort)

    Line 6

    X (abort)

    this is a new behaviour in 3.3.x

    before when you used a line but aborted it was released right away.

    any idea?

  6. hi pbxnsip

    the custom wav works.

    but on the snom wiki its mentioned that its possible to set the internal Ringtones too

    http://kb.snom.com/kb/index.php?View=entry...&EntryID=28

    id didnt work though any idea? think this is more a snom issue:

    i tried:

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>

    <ringtones>

    <tone name="alert-internal" type="internal">

    <vendor ua="snom.*" type="alert-info"><Ringer7></vendor>

    </tone>

    <tone name="alert-external" type="external">

    <vendor ua="snom.*" type="alert-info"><Ringer7></vendor>

    </tone>

    </ringtones>

    and

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>

    <ringtones>

    <tone name="alert-internal" type="internal">

    <vendor ua="snom.*" type="alert-info">Ringer7</vendor>

    </tone>

    <tone name="alert-external" type="external">

    <vendor ua="snom.*" type="alert-info">Ringer7</vendor>

    </tone>

    </ringtones>

    ringtones.xml in http dir,

    restarted pbx after every change

  7. hi nexsip

    i have snom 320 phones

  8. hi there,

    after installing version 3160 provisioning over http authentication works.

    on your phone webadmin got to

    Advanced / QoS/Security

    HTTP Client:

    User: ext@domain

    pwd: your pwd

    after a reset of the phone those settings get deleted.

    the wiki mentions there is an option `username/password required` which should provision phones based on their mac address without http authentication.

    i cannot find that option in 3160 and there is not reference on the wiki.

    thanx christof

  9. hi there,

    i just upgraded to the new version to get INTERCOM working. Unfortunately i am stepping into more other problems.

    After the upgrade to 3.3.0.3156 the PnP page was totally messed up. I went ahead and deleted the whole directory pnp_parmes and restarted the server.

    This solved my prob with the PnP page.

    After i RESET one of my SNOM 320 (firmware 7.3.14) phones its seems to `Checking for Configuration...` and then I have the following message on the display:

    Prov.request
    attemp: 20 (counting down till 0)

    The result is a un-provisioned phone. These phones were provisioning with version pbxctrl-darwin9.0-3.2.0.3143

    I also tried to reload the firmware, which worked but still could not get the phone provisioned.

    I tried this with `Trust MAC addresses for PnP` set to ON and OFF. Still no luck.

    attached my PnP Page.
