  1. Hi, please find the attached file. I am using Vodia 5.2.6. I set up no answer timeout call forwarding to my cell phone after 10 seconds. Before transfer call to my cell phone system prompt "Please stay online while system redirect the call". Is there a way we can turn of this prompt?

  3. Hi, no conference room wouldn't work. Suppose we have 20 extensions in office. I want if I am on call so all 20 peoples should be able to barge in that call for conversation. If we use conference room, First I need to transfer that call to conference room then again I need to join the conference room and other member too, I don't want it.

  5. No its not working with the three as well. Only one can barge in and can listen and speak. Other's who barged in after only can listen.
  6. Yes I know this. My concern is how many people can barge at the same time. Suppose I provided permission to all the extensions to barge in. Now my extension is 200 and I have 10 other extensions who have permission to barge in to my extension 200. My question is how many people can barge in to my extension at the same time. Right now what is happening, suppose I am on call from extension 200, 201 barge in to my call, I and other party can hear 201 and he can also hear us. Now extension 202 also barged in, now we can't hear 202 while he can. I want all the extensions should be able to barge in and can have capability of hearing and speaking at the same time.
  7. Sorry I didn't understand clearly. Do you mean every one can barge in to my extension. Suppose I've licence for 20 extensions and 20 current calls. So 19 people can barge in to my extension. Is that right?
  8. Hi, I am using vodia 5.3.2. Can you please tell me how many people can barge in to an extension at the same time. Suppose I have extension 200 and I am on call with someone. How many other extensions can barge in to my extension at the same time. Also how many extensions can Listen in and Teach mode at the same time in same scenario? Thanks
  9. Hi Support, We are using Yealink T46G IP phones in our office. We are using Vodia PBX 5.2.5. We have 8 members here using same phone. Suppose we have extension 201,202,203,204 and 205. I want if extension 201 is on call and he put his call on hold, a button/light should blink on all other phones and all should be able to pick up that hold call by pressing that button. Before I was using the same feature on Snom phones through Co Lines and it was working absolutely fine. But somehow it’s not working on Yealink Phones. I don't want to use Call park because it needs another button to be configured on phone or using star code. I want it to be use with hold button just like on snom phones. Please advise.

  11. I already checked this section. The thing is there are hundreds start numbers. How can we define a particular route for all of them. Suppose there are 200 star numbers having 4 digits. like "*9865, *9874, *9874 etc". How can I define a route in Pattern and Replacement?

  13. Hi, I am using Vodia 5.2.5. I've client in Israel. In Israel there are some companies provide star numbers. like, *5678 *3555 *2427 If anyone dial this star number it goes to a particular/defined number. Can you please tell me how can we add these star numbers in Vodia Dial Plan? What needs to be added in Pattern and what should be in Replacement. Thanks

  15. I already look at this conversation, its working to configure a to park a call. But my concern is if I park a call how other extensions can be notify that a call is parked?
  16. When call is being parked how it can be blink on other extensions to see there is a call parked?
  17. I basically want if any extension put a call on hold, other extension keys should blink and by pressing that button should be able to retrieve that call.

  19. If I add a number with + then system doesn't receive call. If I add number with country code then it receive call.

  22. Hi, I am using Vodia 5.2.6. I am unable to add a DID starting with 9 and having total 11 digits. I've set up country code as 1 and I don't want to change it. I am trying to add a DID linked to Israel "97247423695" to a extension. When I click on save it create as "724-742-3695" and just remove 9 from the DID. Please advise.
  23. Hi, I am using Vodia 5.2.6. On a domain I am unable to add a DID linked to Israel and starting with 972. The domain country code is set 1 and I don't want to change it. When I tried to add a DID linked to Israel "97247423695" in a account and click on save it putted as 724-742-3695 and removed 9 from the DID. Please advise.
