Hi, I am using Vodia 5.2.6, how can I set up XML directory on Yealink T26P phones?

I tried to call it on extension and on a number as well but both has same issue. Is there any changes we need to do it on trunk? If I register a phone on same extension and then make call then its working absolutely fine. But when I call from browser then no media.

I tried on 5.3.2 version as well but there is a same issue, no media at all.

You mean on version 5.3.1 or 5.3.2?

I think this is to change the button or change the options there. But my concern is to make an outgoing call from browser. How can I do it?

Hi, I am using Vodia 5.2.5 and I've license for WebRTC. Can you please let me know how user can make a call from browser. When user logged in on pbx web interface as a user he see option "call from Browser". But when I putt any number there and click on Call from Browser, chrome give me media error. Please advise.

Not right now. Phones we have already configured these are also not through Vodia MAC provisioning, its a simple configuration.

Hi, I am using Vodia Version 5.2.5. Our client has Yealink T-29G with latest version registered on Vodia PBX. They are unable to change ring tone on any phone. Even on the phone they select ring 3 but when someone call phone plays ring 1. If we register these phone to other PBX then they are able to change the ring tone. Please advise.

Hi Support. Hope everyone is doing great. I am using Vodia 5.2.6 version. I have a query, let me explain. I have a client running call center. I am providing them VOIP. They have around 100 extensions on vodia. They want to change ANI frequently so that if people blocked their number through ANI change they would be able to call out. They are using Eye Beam/Port go SIP soft phones. One solution is they open pbx web interface and change ANI from there. But they don't want to do it. They want on Eye Beam/Portgo there is a option of Display Name, What caller ID number they put there it should goes out to receiving party. Or is there any way they can change ANI through soft phone? Please advise. Attached is the snapshot for Eye Beam.

Hi, I am using vodia 5.2.6 version. Can you please tell me is there any software that we can use as call monitoring. I want to be shown live monitoring in Pie chart and a Graph for active calls, made calls, answered and rejected calls.
