Could you give us the details / screenshots of the error that you see?
What is the PBX version that you're on?
-
This setting would not work because:
1. You're using star codes (not exactly a star code though) which would not take effect here because it needs to be an agent only.
2. They have to be agents only and cannot be a voicemail numbers that don't have a way of logging themselves into the ACDs.
3. To reiterate, the setting is "include the following agent" hence it has to be an agent.
You can try a HG and send the call to a Voicemail through it's last stage.

Could you please ctrl + F for "Auto attendant" on https://doc.vodia.com/microsoft_teams and see if that answers your question?
-
We will let you know as soon as this is back on their market place.
We hope this gets resolved soon as well.

Could you try to check this out:
Win MSI: http://portal.vodia.com/
downloads/app/win/VodiaPhone- 3.2.0.msi -
Was your system not able to find the URL or the google's server wasn't?
-
It's not supposed to ftp on http
Try it without https then because it's FTP'ing for some reason
-
That's right. You will have to look further into that.
Try : wget https:speech.googleapis.com/v1/speech:recognize?key=AIzaSyD6XgI-eLss3oX3xl1cLSSUV6Nxg05jCXY

just try
curl https:speech.googleapis.com/v1/speech:recognize?key=AIzaSyD6XgI-eLss3oX3xl1cLSSUV6Nxg05jCXY
from your machineJust this part, and see if that goes all 200 OK which would mean your firewall is not an issue.
You can also try it from your browser.

Please upgrade to 66.0.3 and enter the transcript time to 30 secs on the PBX settings and try this again.
It didn't give you the URL, maybe it is enabled, but it may send that out the next time.
-
Please enable to the level 9 and turn on (respectively):
Webclient, trunk and call messages.
-
Yes you can add the IP address of the PBX without the subnet mask as well.
Also, after this point turn on the logs on PBX and it will give you the URl where you can enable the voicemail API from, and that should be the last step.
-
Hi,
Did you re-enable the API on google's console (you will get the API URL in the error logs on our PBX as above) ?
That generally is the issue.
-
We'll reply back to you via the ticketing system.
-
What is your 6 digit ticket number?
-
Can you try this:
Server: pbx.com
Username: 4xx (Extension number or could be ext_numer@domain_name)
Credential: Sip Password (that you can set it on the extension on PBX)
-
The mute and the volume button does work with the web user portal as it's controlling the OS of your laptop anyway, but makes it work.
To include that with our app will take some time, but the idea of perfecting the app is on our minds

I have worked out this issue.
What was the solution?

In the "From" header can you enter something like this: <sip:{trunk-ani}@{domain};user=phone>
There are various other options here: https://doc.vodia.com/trunk_custom_headers

However, I can't make outbound calls to die: - /
Have you assigned a dial plan to it :https://doc.vodia.com/domain_dialplans ?
That way you can start making outbound calls.
-
That's correct.

The virtual keyboard of the software doesn’t have any "on hold" button.
Are you referring to the PBX? If yes, then we do have an On-hold button on the user portal and our apps.
Also if you're unable to use those desktop phones, why not switch to our Apps? We have all kinds.
-
It should be inside /usr/local/pbx folder.
-
Yes, that ticketing system closed a long time ago.
Please switch over to vodia.zammad.com if you can please.

It's the "Auth PIN" that you have to enter on the Vodia PBX to be later used on Snom's GUI after it's provisioned.
