We dialout a prefix, and aliases are set up for each user. When I try to call the other person's extention to listen to messages it just routes the call and I do not get to the mailbox. You either need to know the PIN codes or you must set the value on "Allow Access for Extensions" for the respective extension (see http://wiki.pbxnsip.com/index.php/Extension#Mailbox).
