Multicast paging on Snom 370 Phones

Hi I am running Vodia 5.3.2. Some how Multicast paging is not working on snom370 phones. I've created a multicast paging account on Vodia with following details:

Members

Streaming Mode:

Destination (e.g. "40 41 5*"):

Source: *

Multicast-Address (e.g. "224.1.2.3:4000"): 224.1.2.154:4000

Also On snom phone I populated same IP under Advanced>>>>>SIP/RTP.

and on Function keys key set as "Multicase Paging" and values same IP address. But nothing is working,

Snom phone configured through provisioning.

Please advise. Thanks

You should automatically provision the phone ("plug and play"), then all the settings should be correct. If you have done that, try the PCAP feature on the phone to see if the RTP packets appear on port 4000 of the phone.
