koolandrew
I cannot figure this out for return calls. If i have a missed call from +155511212 and hit return, it will not work. If i have a missed call from +91123456789 and hit return, it will not work. I am using +1 => 1 and +* => 011* and neither work. Please help. Vodia PBX
Use country codes, then the PBX will present the numbers in "human readable" form. Many devices have problems dialing anything else than 0-9.
koolandrew
As stated above, If i have a missed call from +155511212 and hit return, it will not work. If i have a missed call from +91123456789 and hit return, it will not work. When i receive a call on a softphone on my mobile device, so i am not sure what you mean by country codes. If we declare 1 as our country code, we get other problems.
Vodia PBX
It just might depend on the device you are using. Maybe it is trying to be smart and sees that +1-555 numbers are US numbers and it expects it to be 10 digits, which is not the case for 555 numbers. Or it might just have a problem escaping the "+" character the right way. It should be visible in the INVITE that the PBX receives from the device. Maybe you can attach it here so that we can see where the problem potentially is.
