madyan Posted January 31, 2017 Report Posted January 31, 2017 Hi, I am using vodia 5.3.2 version. My outgoing calls are being disconnected automatically after 60 minutes. I tested to change my VOIP Phone to another vendor but its happening same on Snom phones as well as Yealink phones. Though I set maximum call duration to 6 hours. There is no issue on vendor side because I am using same vendor trunk on another PBX and there is no issue there. On below link you can find the PCAP trace of disconnected call. Please advise https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_NKacpjfBOzWDBEN3FJZUdZMEk/view?usp=sharing Quote
Vodia PBX Posted January 31, 2017 Report Posted January 31, 2017 The BYE (at the end of the 50 MB) says Preemption;cause=3;text="Maximum Call Duration" well there must be a maximum call limitation. Remember that there are several places where you can set it, globally but also per domain. Quote
madyan Posted January 31, 2017 Author Report Posted January 31, 2017 Yes Globally and on Domain, on both it set to 4h. Quote
Vodia PBX Posted January 31, 2017 Report Posted January 31, 2017 It is set by the system and domain. There is also a way to set this by the license key, but AFAIK we used that so far only for demo codes. Quote
madyan Posted January 31, 2017 Author Report Posted January 31, 2017 When I go to system status/License information it says "Maximum call duration: 3600". Is it happening due to that? Quote
