Henrikt Posted March 24, 2017 Report Share Posted March 24, 2017 Hi, I have a setup with 2 locations, where all phones works fine on main location(where the PBX are placed), but on the other location where i use a VPN connection my Snom D725 prov. the PBX and i can make outgoing calls internal and external without any problems, but if i call the phone, the system say the extension are busy. I have on the samt location install a Gigaset Pro (UDP) and it´s work fine. Anyone have a idea to solved this issue... PBX version 5.5.0 64bit, Snom D725 8.7.5.35, DND Off and no forwarding. Vodia PBX Posted March 25, 2017 Report Share Posted March 25, 2017 I would try with looking at the SIP packets and check if the routing there makes sense. Next step would be a PCAP on the phone (from phone web interface) and then also on the PBX, just to see if they look the same. Sounds to me like a glitch in the VPN setup, like a wrong netmask.
