What is the correct syntax for CDR URLs

In the wiki https://vodia.com/documentation/cdr#cdr it states on the top of the page it shows using the Scheme with and without the double forward slashes. Specifically it shows using "trunk://" with the slashes, but later in the document is shows examples of the cdr:192.168.1.2:10000 without the slashes. Which is correct? I specifically want to have the following

 

trunkout://52.0.232.156:5001 trunkin://52.0.232.156:5001

It does not matter. The scheme is the text before the colon, and the content is what is behind it; however the system strips leading slashes.
