aklgtl Posted October 26, 2018 Report Share Posted October 26, 2018 With freepbx there is an option in the inbound rule to make a lookup to a mysql or a local database during an inbound call with the caller id number to retrieve a name and insert it as a caller id name that will be visible on the phone's screen. That being said, there is a possibility to make a SPAM score lookup through TrueCNAM or Tellows which can include caller-ID information as well.
