What is the best way to redirect night service callers to voicemail? Do we need to setup an extension with forward all to voicemail? Or is there a way that we can add a mailbox to the auto-attendant? Thoughts on how best to achieve this would be wonderful! At the moment, our only thought is to create a new extension with a forward all to mailbox - but we don't want to be paying for a full extension just for voice mail. Thanks.
