Scott1234 Posted April 20, 2021 Report Share Posted April 20, 2021 I see the SMS ANI on the agent group is just for when the agent sends out a SMS it will go out as that ANI. What would be cool, would be if that also works for inbound messages, meaning. Who ever is logged into the agent group for that day could receive the SMS's and or reply, and obviously some kind of sync so that any other agents can see the message stream? Vodia PBX Posted April 22, 2021 Report Share Posted April 22, 2021 That was the idea already. The point is that the conversation belongs to the ACD, not just to an agent. I that agent is not logged in, the PBX will try to assign it to another agent that is logged in when the message arrives. However there is no explicit control over this right now.
