Guest Jason Posted May 18, 2021 Report Share Posted May 18, 2021 Hi all Vodia community, We are thinking about a new feature for the User Interface, which would let the users use the Buttons on the UI. You all know you can program your phone buttons from the UI. Wouldn't it be so cool to find these phone buttons you programmed on the UI as well? say in the big empty space at the bottom of the "Home" page of the User Interface... (it's just an idea) or anywhere else that's quick easy access. With access to our Buttons on the UI we could use any functions we program on the buttons directly from the UI which can be grate if we can't access the physical phone... or just want to use a computer... You can select what other users you want to see (favorites) and the domain admin can also set up groups that control what users are shown to the user. For example when you are a member of a group with a hierarchy (hunt group) and you use manual flag services, it is impossible for a user to know visually whether or not he is active with the interface and / or control. Of course to activate it you have to call it but it is not at all intuitive for customers. In terms of customization this is the ultimate solution which has no limits of what can be achieved. You can write a small snippet, or a whole new section for the home/main view of the user portal.
