Quite a lot of calls are disconnected when on hold, got one notification saying timeout was after 8 seconds which is ridiculous, and another one that said 120 seconds - neither of which are long enough when on hold or on mute. Vodia PBX Posted September 7, 2021 Report Posted September 7, 2021 Those 8 seconds are used after the call was already disconnected and the system is waiting for the final cleanup, e.g. the 200 Ok for the BYE message. There must be some other problem before the hangup. Maybe you can get a PCAP for the call? Quote
