StevenOnCall Posted October 28, 2021 Report Share Posted October 28, 2021 I am trying to setup fax over a twilio SIP trunk and I keep getting an error from Twilio that the phone system is sending a T.38 invite even when 'Use T.38 for fax' is disabled on the sip trunk settings. Is there anywhere else I need to disable this to get faxes working over a twilio SIP trunk? I am aware that twilio is discontinuing their fax service, but apparently this only applies if using T.38 or their programmable fax feature. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
