Log error message help

We are using pbxnsip 2.1.11.2484

 

I get the following line in my log file

[1] 2008/11/18 11:18:48: Could not allocate new ports!

[1] 2008/11/18 11:18:48: Last message repeated 2 times

 

We are also getting calls with no audio and CALL ID is "SIP".

I am trying to figure out if the two issues are related.

I would just like have a better explanation of the error message.

I assume it is referring to a RTP port.

 

More details would be appreciated.

What port range do you have set for RTP, in the settings, ports?
