mskenderian Posted February 2, 2023 Report Share Posted February 2, 2023 I would like to setup a catch all user, to accept any phone number from the trunk and play a message. I have clients that have cancelled and i still have the phone numbers. I would like to point all the phone numbers to a Auto Attendant and play a message like "This number is no longer in service.", but i dont want to put each phone number in one by one. When the PBX gets the call it should check who the phone number belongs to and if none, then go to this catch all tenant. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You can use for the "Destination for incoming calls" a list of expressions, e.g. !.*!\1!123456789, where 123456789 would be your default number?
