How do we merge calls in Windows App

Question: How do we merge calls in the Windows App?
Note: using Version 68.0.26

Example: 

• While talking to X, we decide we need to talk with Y in a 3 way conference call
• We place X on hold
• We call Y
• and then we should be able to press the Conference button...? 

I followed the steps in this question

 

And I followed the steps in this question 

 

Neither are actually working. Here I put caller #1 on hold, as I received call #2. While talking to 2, I wanted to bring 1 in the call and I pressed the merge button > Nothing happens

In one of the forums above, Support talks about Group permissions. I don't quite know which permissions to use

The Vodia "Group" Doc does not help neither https://doc.vodia.com/docs/en/groups

There is also another suggestion to make sure we have Ad Hoc Conference rooms. We do and I can use them manually 

 

So how do I fix this? Does my provider need to fix this?

In 69.0.3 you can now drag the calls into the conference room, if you want to take a look at that.

I am using the Windows App (from App Store). I don't see a "Conference Room"

I do see

Recent calls, Park Orbits, Phone and Agent. That's all

You need to have a conference room in the tenant that is not scheduled (aka regular conference room).
