Matevz
Hi There we just moved to latest version and noticed that Incoming call pop up doesn't disappear after phone has been answered by someone else or has completed on another destination PBX v69.2.4 Windows app v.6.1.9 happens on multiple devices cheers Matt

Matevz
Hi Team would like to update on this, there seems to be more issues: Sometimes I will get double toast notification on incoming calls, now the issue today is, there is no pop-ups on incoming calls on multiple workstations
GaryJCE
The issue is still occurring We are on Vodia pbx 69.2.4 Windows app 6.2.1 Once the call is answered somewhere else the App notification should go away (it used to!!)
Matevz
Just to update on this, have talked to your Aus support/sales engineer and we upgraded to v69 again At the moment we don't get double pop-ups (strangely it only happened once) after further testing, we have noticed pop-ups disappear and don't happen at all unless you restart the app. Seems to be related to when: -you get incoming call and you answer it and when caller hangs up, Vodia app will flash with call on screen. If I don't press X to hang up, I won't get any notifications until I restart the app. still happening on v69.3 This is hopefully getting investigated now
Matevz
Seems to be resolved now on 69.3.1 when call is hanged up, call will still flash unless you hang up, but at least my extension is not in busy state if call doesn't manually get hanged up from the app

Incoming call notification remains on the desktop and piles up on every call ... This will make a move very difficult! PBX: v69.3.2 App: 6.2.1 note on MS Store?? GaryJCE
I am on the same versions and seeing the same things....still!!
anton
Does it happen all the time? Have you tried quitting and starting the app again? Would be great if you could provide a step by step scenario for us to reproduce, including the setup. Thank you

Are you saying this doesn't do this for you? It is on every call to the Windows app if you are in a queue or a ring group and if someone else answers the call your notification remains.... and piles up for every call. Users are in a queue or ring group, or an individual with missed calls. the call notification closes on the user who answers the call but not on any of the others ... and they just build up. RichardDCG
It's either an issue or I am doing something wrong. This and the Grandstream phones (another post https://forum.vodia.com/topic/20745-v6932-some-things) are 2 areas that are preventing us from upgrading to V69... the thing that is forcing us to look at the upgrade is HubSpot integration, even though the documentation states it will work in V68. RichardDCG
update: Changing the GS SRTP mode to 'Optional' and if in a queue log out and back in seems to cure the GS external calling issue. The notification on the Windows app now seems to do what it is suposed to .. except if it is paired with another phone. If it is in a queue or ring group then when another caller answers the call the notification dissapears, but if you answer it on another phone (same ext.) the notification remains.
