I am trying to record message for message loop. But it says feature not available.Is there anything to do with licensing. "*985002 +19259481700*0" to record the initial message, dial "*985002 +19259481700*1"-"*985002 +19259481700*9" to record the messages in the waiting Note: WHEN I PRESS *98,IT SAYS RECORD MESSAGE. Vodia PBX Posted February 28, 2009 Report Share Posted February 28, 2009 if the extension your trying to record the message is 5002 just dial *985002*0 etc I you require that users have to enter their PIN code when going to their mailbox, then they also need to punch in their PIN code when they want to record a call.
