Call Recording

Running Win 32 Callcenter 50 License duration: Permanent


I do not know what I am missing but the system do not record incoming calls if it is comming from AT then transfert to an extension.


my settings:


Domaine set to:

Recording default for this domain: All set to Yes


All extensions set to:

Recording: : all set to default



Any ideas on what can be wrong, am I missing something?


I went back to V and everything is back to normal?


Do I need an new licence?
