HI:

I have a problem recording the incoming calls in to my equipment, I have a Epygi E1 with this equipment. I have the version 3.2.0.3144 (Win32).

For some reason this equipment doesnt record the call, I already actived all opctions in "recording default for this domain". But I still have the same problem, is there some one can provide any solution..?

What specific flag did you turn on? There are several flags in the domain, and you may override the flag in the account setting as well.

Try turning on the recording settings on the extension itself and see if it fixes the issue.
