SSM Posted April 24, 2009 Report Share Posted April 24, 2009 HI: I have a problem recording the incoming calls in to my equipment, I have a Epygi E1 with this equipment. I have the version 3.2.0.3144 (Win32). For some reason this equipment doesnt record the call, I already actived all opctions in "recording default for this domain". But I still have the same problem, is there some one can provide any solution..? Try turning on the recording settings on the extension itself and see if it fixes the issue.
