PBX Not Recognizing Incoming Calls from Address Book

I recently upgraded to 3.3 (from 3.0) and had to make a couple changes to dial plan. All of my entries in address book do not have the "+1" at the front of the number. When a call comes in, it does not recognize the number in the address book and passes on the Caller ID. If I add the "+1" to the entry it works fine.

Is there a preference somewhere that I can change to allow it to recognize these numbers?

I've attached screen shots of current dial plan and truck settings.

Thanks!

You may need to set the country code in the domain so that the PBX can convert the numbers into the right format.
