pbxuser911 Posted August 3, 2009 Report Share Posted August 3, 2009 Extension 2488 calls extension 2055 Extension 2055 places the call on hold, then extension 2488 parks the call (which it parks to orbit 2488) Extension 2488 then retrieves the call, and its silent, he doesn’t hear anything (he should of heard the MOH, since 2055 placed him on hold) Extension 2055’s takes the call off hold, he can now communicate with 2488 If I do the same exact without 2055 putting 2488 on hold, then when 2488 retrieves the call, all works well Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
