CDRs with ft,tt but neither a ca nor an fu

I see CDRs like this that have neither an <fu> nor a <ca> and has both a from-trunk and a to-trunk. Seems like a forwarding to me (probably 210xxxxx82 called the pbx from the outside world and was redirected somewhere in the outside world maybe via account 640) but I can't figure out what user called what number.

<row><d>56</d><dr>14</dr><dt>17</dt><f>"210xxxxx82" <sip:210xxxxx82@my.switch.ip;user=phone>;tag=as318d0630</f><ft>45</ft><iu>640</iu><sf>0</sf><src>udp:my.switch.ip:5060</src><t>"John Smith" <sip:796@112576.z1.vpbx.gr></t><ts>1256279980</ts><tt>15</tt><y>extcall</y></row>

Or in a more human friendly form:

d 56

dr 14

dt 17

f "210xxxxx82" <sip:210xxxxx82@my.switch.ip;user=phone>

ft 45

iu 640

sf 0

src udp:my.switch.ip:5060

t "John Smith" <sip:796@112576.z1.vpbx.gr>

ts 1256279980

tt 15

y extcall

We have done some massive changes with the CDR in version 4, especially when it comes to redirection. In version 4, there are CDR available from the carrier's perspective. It does not matter if the call went to an auto attendant, then got put through to a assistant and finally redirected to an external number. For the trunk call, it would all be the same (like your carrier would bill you). If you can, wait for version 4 and don't invest too much into version 3.
