Edit the vcard sent out with conference

Hello all. I want to edit the vcard info sent out with the conference setup. I want to add our corp telephone number and provide a little more instructions. I can see that this can be done in the system admin tab. Has anyone ever done this? I could use a little guidance. Thank you!

Right now conference.txt looks like this:

 

SUBJECT:{lng subject1}{ssi variable name}{lng subject2}

SUMMARY:{lng summary1}{ssi variable name}{lng summary2}

DESCRIPTION:{lng description1}{ssi variable pin}{lng description2}{ssi variable room}{lng description3}

LOCATION:{lng location1}{ssi variable number}{lng location2}

 

You can just copy this into the file html/conference.txt and edit it as you like. However, keep the headers and keep the line breaks so that the PBX can extract the right information.

Other option is to go to Admin->Email->Texts page and click on the "Custom" for Conference Invitation (vCard).

Then modify the content right there.

 

Example is shown below

 

SUBJECT:{lng subject1}{ssi variable name}{lng subject2}

SUMMARY:{lng summary1}{ssi variable name}{lng summary2}

DESCRIPTION:{lng description1}{ssi variable pin}{lng description2}{ssi variable room}{lng description3}. This is where Tom's corporate telephone & extra info goes. This data will be sent as is in the invitation.
