James Mahood
The problem is PBXnSIP rejects calls that are dialed from a stored number in a contact list either on a soft phone or a Wi-Fi mobile phone such as the Nokia N95. Contact lists usually have the numbers in the form of +(country code)(number). I have tried dial plans with a pattern of +*, +1*, and * with various substitutions and nothing works. Is there a pattern that will simply pass the + if it is there and otherwise pass everything. One would think that * would work. It passes any other number of any length. Vodia PBX
Well, that has been addressed in 2.1. In the meantime you will have to live with escape characters and complete extended regular expressions...
James Mahood
I have now installed version 2.1. I expected the + on dialed phone numbers to be passed with a * dial plan. This doesn't seem to be the case. What do I need to do to the dial plan to make it pass a number with a + on it to the trunk?
Vodia PBX
Indeed. Workaround is to add another pattern +* with replacement also +*. Will be fixed in the next 2.1 build.
