The Star Codes indicated work well if the Agent is at his/her desk. We have a manager that needs to be able to log Agents in and out without going over to the Agents telephone and dialing the feature code. We don't want to use the Do Not Disturb method. Having a star code would require that there is a permission concept behind it (not everyone should be able to change someone else's agent status).
