chrispopp
I have an SPA2102 and also an SPA8000, if the user blocks the caller ID on an extension using *67, the line calls the auto-attendant (or where ever the trunk is pointed to). What might this be related to? I tried it on different internet connections aswell as different adapters. Might there be an issue with the adapter not passing the *67 command to the PBX? chrispopp
The problem is that the SPA-2102 tries to keep it internally and pass it own parameters. That being said, all that is needed is to delete all the *commands from under Regional. Once done, the ata will pass the information out correctly. polycom2080
that right you need to delete all * and as well add this dial plan (*98xxx*[1-5]|*xxxxxxxxxxxx|[3469]11|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)
