Problem Registering Ricoh C2550

Hi everyone, this is my first post here.

We're in a rush to find a new phone system for our multisites company.

First, we want to make sure our current faxes machines will work with pbxnsip. We have a couple of Ricoh machine (C2550 and 171) with integrated sip support.

Here are my options in the Ricoh's interface (bold means selected):

Enable SIP: On/Off

Enable Server: On/Off

Username: (I tried the extension and admin)

Server IP Address: 10.x.x.x (our pbxnsip address)

Digest Authentication: On/Off (I've tried to turn this on and use a password)

On the pbxnsip side, I simply created an extension (99) and assigned it's MAC address (Bind to MAC Address:) under registration.

I have tried registering the Ricoh machine with and without password, rebooting between each try, still I can't register the extension...

Am I missing a step ? I registered 2 phones without any problems, (I had to enter a sip-password and id from the phone.)

Thanks in advance for your help !

Now both of our Ricoh Fax machines can register with the pbxnsip server (we had to use blank password), but when I try to send / receive a fax between them (not going through any trunk), it does not work. In the log, I can clearly see that both devices are negotiating the connection, switching to t38 and then the sending machine sends an ACK, but the receiving machine never responds. Sending machine retry the ACK, still receives no answer and then drop the connection. Any advice?

Here's a copy of the log file:

Our system admin told me that we need a special license key for the Ricoh... We try to get it. :(

In the meantime, can you attach the whole trace? Maybe then we can see where the problem is...
