James Mahood Posted October 13, 2007 Report Posted October 13, 2007 I have installed version 2.1 which was supposed to deal with a + on a dialed number. My dial plan is * which should pass everything including a + but it doesn't. I get an error when I try to dial a number starting with a +. Quote
Vodia PBX Posted October 14, 2007 Report Posted October 14, 2007 That should be fixed in the 2116 build. Try http://www.pbxnsip.com/download/pbxctrl-2.1.0.2116.exe. Quote
James Mahood Posted October 14, 2007 Author Report Posted October 14, 2007 2116 won't place calls on any trunks no matter how I dial them. It will place intercom calls though. I get a fast busy signal. When I put 2115 back in operation resumed. Quote
James Mahood Posted November 26, 2007 Author Report Posted November 26, 2007 Version 2.1.2.2192 fixes the problems. I can now dial and the following dial plans. Dial plans if your VoIP provider accepts + for international number formats: 100 * will pass the + if dialed for international numbers Dial plans if your VoIP provider want 011 for international number formats: 100 +* = 011* will convert + to 011 for North America international dialing. 101 * for all numbers dialed without a + Quote
