chrispopp Posted September 2, 2010 Report Share Posted September 2, 2010 Hi, I added a cell phone to a client's account. problem is that the "special" prompt does not answer, instead the phone starts ringing. The setup is: DID is set directly to the extension. We are not using an auto-attendant. Should this work? or is an auto-attendant a must?
