Call Center Listen in Feature--can person stay listening?

Hello,

 

The "listen in" is great! The one issue is if a manager wants to monitor a certain agent, is it possible to stay listening to all calls from a certain extension? when *83 <ext> is dialed it connect manager to ongoing call but manager needs to dial it again when extension makes the next call.
