The one issue is if a manager wants to monitor a certain agent, is it possible to stay listening to all calls from a certain extension? when *83 <ext> is dialed it connect manager to ongoing call but manager needs to dial it again when extension makes the next call. thanks Matt Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Vodia PBX Posted October 26, 2010 Report Share Posted October 26, 2010 Instead of recording all calls for an extension, you can as well send the recording "live" to a SIP URI. The PBX will use the "auto-answer" feature in the INVITE, or you can just set the phone to auto answer. Then you can monitor one specific extension.
