SUGGESTION: ability to add notes to each account/object

It would be nice to be able to attatch notes to each object in snom ONE.

 

extension, trunks especially. But if your going to do it across the board would likely be just as easy.

Just a field to type a note in.

In the extension we have the "Title", kind of a note pad... Though it shows up in the missed calls field!

you mean "position"? nah nah no. ;-)

 

consider having a "note" field for each object. I would view them as sys admin notes.

so i put in the note field:

 

"this extension user is a real idiot. please keep an eye on him."

 

He logs into his user portal...and leaves the company. ;-)

 

not to mention notes we put in about the ceo... ;-)

Yea. Keep in mind that even if this note never shows up anywhere it is still in the system...

 

We have parameter 1..3, by nature also pretty generic fields for each account. Having them available in the web interface should be possible without changing the code. You could even try it out in the admin/email/text pages on your own. I love those changes that don't require code changes.
