jslepage Posted January 6, 2011 Report Share Posted January 6, 2011 We have version 188.8.131.5201 (Linux) We need to change the caller ID ie. name display and phone number for our outbound calls. After many attempts through all the possible options of configuration, we were able to change the name display with the trunk configuration field "Display Name:", but we were never able to change the phone number with the ANI fields (Account, Domain, Trunk)... The number appearing on the calls is always the account number (DID) of the VOIP carrier. The VOIP carrier is Broadvox and according to their tech support they accept modified ANI... Currently, our configuration looks like that: - Account ANI is empty - Domain Default ANI is empty - Trunk Display Name is set, but does not always shows on calls !? (Can't see why, but it did appear...) - Trunk Global is yes; ANI is set to a different number than the account number. I can attach some log extract, but there is a lot of them for each call, so I would like to know which part is relevant to our problem. Thanks in advance!
