Agent Group setup.

Hi all,


I am attempting to set up an Agent group with (3) agents.


When all agents have logged out, I would like callers to go to voicemail, hear a greeting, and leave a message in a general mailbox that will light a MWI on all the agents phones.


Any ideas?
