After doing a hardware reset on a snom 820 I always have to hit enter. Any ideas? Do I have to set something on the phone manually? Everything else seems to get provisioned properly after the reset. In the meantime, we have found another workaround that avoids the XML-based dial plan (which obviously does not work). If you want to get it working, you need to use the templates attached.
