Tom Waterman
Hello Everyone, I have somewhat of a strange issue. The PBX version is 3.4.0.3198 and the phone have been upgraded from 7.3 to 8.4.18. Now when a user logs into thier voicemail box they are given new messages first and not the main menu of the mailbox. Is there a way to change this? The only thing that has changed is the firmware on the phones. Thank you so much. Tom
pbx support
Phone firmware change should have changed the PBX behavior. If there are no voicemail on the extension, do you hear the main menu?

Vodia PBX
Actually I believe the behavior was like that always! I would not understand how a phone firmware change could cause this. Did you try pressing * during the annoucement?
