Steve B
I have SLA running on the newest version of snomONE on linux. I have noticed with SLA (shared line appearance) on the snom 320 that if you do not put a call on hold with the hold button, but you choose another line button and dial an extension or outside number, it activates a third BLF light that doesn't go away unless you click it. Could this be a setup issue with me or is this a known bug? Thanks, Steve Edit: the snom 320 firmware is the latest and greatest
Vodia PBX
This is probably a bug on the phone. The phone obviously assumes that it needs to seize a new line, even if the user just seized one... SLA used to be very simple in the analog world, in SIP it is a nightmare.
Steve B
10-4, SLA is just a stop gap for people not used to line pools and they don't want to change yet I prefer parking calls.
