I am new to PBXnSIP.

 

I have account extensions with 3 digits. All personal extensions start with 1. So my extensions are 111, 123, 145 etc. Some other extensions start with other values.

 

When the AA answers I want the ability to enter the extension directly and have a menu such as:

 

Press 1 for Sales, 2 technical support 3, Accounts. Etc.

 

It doesn't seem to allow me to enter the 3 digit extensions. Whenever I try to enter 123 I get sales immediately.

 

Is there no way to allow both? Like a delay if 1 is entered the system will wait a second or two before assuming I want Sales?

 

Doesn't this mean I lose the ability in a AA menu to have any extensions/accounts with values that start with a digit in the menu?
